Delivery & Returns

All our products are beautifully hand made for you once your order is placed and will take approximately 10 – 15 working days (Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays & store holidays)
Delivery will depend on your location, we use:
‘Royal Mail signed for’, for UK residence which takes 1-2 working days for delivery.
‘Royal Mail International track & signed for’ & ‘Royal Mail International Standard’ for international residence which aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days. (some destination track & trace is only available in the UK and will not traceable once it has left our country)
We also have International express delivery services which takes 1-2 days for delivery. Please contact us via our contact page.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notifying you that your parcel is dispatched with a tracking number to help track your parcel at www.royalmail.com. We cannot take any responsibility for any parcels once it leaves our studio and into the hands of the delivery company. If you need help to track your parcel, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

International customers please be aware – If you are choosing ‘International Standard’, this shipping class does not provide you with a tracking number.

Refund Policy

ALL of our products are non refundable and exchangeable as these products are custom & handmade especially for you when your order is placed. Please check and use our size charts provided carefully before ordering. If you need any help with sizing, Please contact us and one of our Big Ones will be happy to assist you. Orders can not be changed or cancelled once they are placed and processing through our studio.
Please also be aware, to pick up your parcel if they are left in a local post office or depot. If you do not pick up your parcel or rearrange for delivery and your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay for delivery so that your parcel can be redelivered again.
If any parcels are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, you will need to pay for the delivery of your parcel again. Any parcels returned to us for this reason will also not be refunded or cannot be exchanged.

LITTLE ONES strives to provide you the customer with utmost satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us via our contact page and and we will be happy to help you with your queries. Only if an item is not matching our size chart or faulty, we can provide an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date goods are received by recipient. We will be requesting photographs of the goods to help with your exchange or refund and goods must be sent back to us within 7 days.

Returns – You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Once we’ve received your package, and as long as the item(s) are in their original condition, we’ll send out your new goods within 15-20 working days using Royal Mail track & sign delivery
at your cost. Any refund will be based on the price of the product(s) purchased only, postage will not be refunded
