How long would my order take?

All our products take 10-15 working days (2-3 weeks) to process. Excluding weekends and bank holidays. You can find our working days via our ‘contact us page’

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! You can find more information regarding shipping price and duration of shipping in our ‘delivery section’

I can’t wait 5-7 days for worldwide shipping. Do you have international express shipping?

Yes! We have a number of express services using DPD, FedEx, TNT and many more that aims to deliver within 1-3 days. Email us with your delivery address for a quote.

I would like an item but it is out of stock. Will it be back in stock soon?

Some of our products can be restocked. Please sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date.

What is your returns policy like?

We do not offer refunds/exchange on our products as they are handmade especially for you once your order is placed. We will issue a credit note or an exchange if an item is damaged, faulty or not matching our size chart. Please ensure you have the correct size using our size chart and refer to our ‘Returns & Delivery’ for our full terms.

I can’t wait 2-3 weeks and need an order urgently, please help!

We make sure we get our orders on time for our customers. If you need an order urgently, please contact us so we can help arrange this for you.

I can’t find my tracking number?

Some of our automated dispatched emails are going to our customers junk mail. Have a quick check in your junk mail. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us. Please also allow 10-15 working days to receive a dispatched email. Your order will not be dispatched before our processing time.
